How the layouts present pictures
Masonry arranges images at varied heights. Dynamic Motion adds movement to the presentation, while 3D Parallax gives the gallery a depth-focused treatment and Hexagonal layouts use a geometric structure. Interactive 3D Image Sliders include navigation controls for moving through a collection.
Media Highlights Story Albums group photos and videos into swipeable stories that autoplay in a full-screen viewer. They present a collection as a sequence visitors can move through.
How to organize and browse a collection
Select images from the Media Library, add several at once with bulk import, and drag items into the order you want. Add titles, subtitles, and dates to images. Albums and a clickable filter bar let visitors narrow a gallery to one group at a time.
The lightbox opens images in a popup. Its optional toolbar can include fullscreen, download, share or copy-link controls, and an image counter. Other options let you control thumbnail aspect ratios or prevent right-clicking to save gallery images. Gallery items and the lightbox support keyboard use and screen readers, with roles and focus handling.
How to style cards and controls
Adjust overlay colors, margins, and padding. Card settings control borders, corner radius, widths, and layout appearance. Button and element positioning settings let you tune placement and alignment. Global container controls cover backgrounds, margins, and padding; existing block controls include typography, gradients, shadows, hover effects, columns, and spacing.
Set up a gallery
Open a page or post in the WordPress block editor and add the Image Gallery block. Upload or choose images from the Media Library, add titles or subtitles as needed, and pick a Pro layout in the block settings. Drag images into order, configure overlays, cards, buttons, and the container, then preview the gallery on desktop, tablet, and mobile before publishing.
The block's scripts load only on pages that use it, and the plugin is translation ready for multilingual sites.
