How IDX search and lead management work together

Optima Express Premium + CRM combines IDX property search on a WordPress website with tools to capture and manage real estate leads. Listing content appears on the site’s domain without framing, wrappers or subdomains. IDX pages adopt the WordPress theme’s styling; styling options control photos, maps, colors and lead capture, with custom CSS available for further adjustments.

Search, save and show listings

With Premium Search, buyers and sellers can find locations by name or draw areas on a map. Visitors can register to save searches and favorite listings, then receive branded email alerts about active and sold listing activity.

Agents can create any number of Markets, saved searches based on chosen locations and criteria. Each Market can display an up-to-date listing gallery. Widgets and shortcodes let you add search settings, galleries and lead capture forms to pages across the site.

MarketBoost reports for target areas

MarketBoost provides automated site and email reports for selected markets. Reports cover active, sold and open homes, with figures on prices, inventory and timing. Email campaigns can attract subscribers and keep them informed about their selected markets.

CRM follow-up and lead imports

The CRM tools include automated text and email follow-up campaigns, lead ratings, task management and calendar synchronization. The Premium + CRM plan automatically imports leads from more than 30 online services, including Trulia and Zillow. You can assign imported leads to follow-up email campaigns by source, directing them into the relevant text and email drip campaigns.

Optima Leads, the companion app for agent account plans, keeps lead information and property interests available on a mobile device. Account integrations can also connect with other online apps and services.

Registration and MLS access

Install the plugin in WordPress, then open its Registration section. Enter a registration code for an existing paid account or purchase a paid account for your MLS. The IDX Control Panel provides access to search settings, personal listings and leads.

Live MLS listings require an active membership in a supported MLS and a registered paid account. The provider supplies the required IDX licensing steps and files, then submits completed paperwork to the MLS. While approval is pending, you can test the plugin with demo IDX listing data. Service for additional MLSs may cost extra.
