Which platforms and store data can it connect?
Conversios tracks WooCommerce activity across Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. It also syncs product data with Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, and TikTok Catalog. Feed updates include product titles, prices, availability, pictures, and variants.
The add-on tracks more than 15 GA4 ecommerce and engagement events, including purchases, refunds, product views, cart actions, checkout steps, scroll depth, form submissions, sign-ups, logins, and file downloads. GA4 general reports are available in the WordPress administration area.
What does Pro add to conversion tracking?
Pro includes Google Ads purchase conversion tracking, the Google Ads remarketing tag, and Dynamic Remarketing. Dynamic Remarketing sends product identifiers and page types used for personalized product ads.
Server-side tracking sends events from the store server rather than relying only on the visitor’s browser. Pro works with GA4 server events, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversion API (CAPI), TikTok CAPI, and Snapchat CAPI. This can help record purchases and other conversions when browser tracking is affected by Safari or iOS restrictions, or ad blockers.
The Order Recovery Engine can recover untracked conversions in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta. These events help teams compare platform reporting with WooCommerce orders.
How does Universal Commerce Protocol work?
Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) is available in Pro for Google Gemini shopping experiences. It makes WooCommerce products discoverable and purchasable through Google Merchant Center, with server-side purchase tracking. UCP requires an approved Google Merchant Center account.
Which reports are included in Pro?
Pro adds GA4 Ecommerce Funnel reports, Google Ads conversion reports, Meta Ads conversion reports, and white-label PDF reports for clients or stakeholders. Teams can review ecommerce activity and advertising results within the WordPress administration area.
What should you check during setup?
- Install and activate Conversios on the WooCommerce store.
- Open the setup wizard and connect the required analytics, advertising, catalog, and pixel accounts.
- Configure Google Ads tracking, server-side events, reporting, and UCP where applicable.
- Review product feed synchronization and validate tracking against WooCommerce orders.
- Use the WordPress dashboard to monitor ecommerce funnels, conversions, reports, and recovered events.
Purchase tracking through a payment gateway depends on the customer returning to the WooCommerce Order Received or Thank You page after payment. Server-side tracking can help recover some offsite gateway cases.
How does consent and compatibility work?
Conversios supports Google Consent Mode v2 and Microsoft Consent Mode with an existing consent management platform (CMP). The plugin does not provide a consent banner. It is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), WordPress Multisite, WPML, and Polylang, along with selected brand, currency, consent-management, lead-generation, and WooCommerce add-ons.
