How the PRO rating choice works
When the intelligent invitation system is enabled, it replaces the review-platform link in the invitation with a star-rating choice. The customer's selection determines the next step:
- Customers choosing 1, 2 or 3 stars are offered the option to contact customer support directly instead of being redirected immediately to write a review.
- Customers choosing 4 or 5 stars are redirected to a link where they can share feedback about the company.
