Set redirect rules and review them
Choose destinations for individual products or variations, or apply rules to product categories and tags. You can set category and tag redirects while editing those terms or when adding them. After checkout, customers can be sent to a selected destination. Premium also supports opening redirects in a new browser tab and using redirects with AJAX add-to-cart actions.
An administration page offers an overview of configured redirects. Product CSV import and export processes can transfer redirect information alongside product data.
Configure a product redirect
Install and activate the plugin, then open a product. Under the Redirect product data tab, enter the destination in the Add-to-Cart Redirect URL field. Save the product and test the customer-facing add-to-cart behavior.
For redirects from product archive pages, the setup instructions specify unchecking Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives under WooCommerce settings in the Products tab. AJAX add-to-cart redirect support is included in Premium; review the required archive setting for the process you intend to use.
Premium edition
Custom Redirects for WooCommerce Premium includes a seamless upgrade from the Free version, one year of updates and Premium Support.
