Salon Booking System PRO extends WordPress appointment booking for salons, barbershops, beauty salons, nail studios, and spas. Clients select a date, service, and stylist; the business manages staff schedules, reservations, notifications, and customer records.

Booking form and service rules

Adjust the booking form's step order, colors, and fields, or share direct booking links. Set weekly timetables and holidays, assign services to specific staff members, and configure service durations, processing breaks, secondary services, and exclusive services. For example, a color service can include a processing break, while a secondary service can represent an appointment such as color and cut.

Calendar and customer communication

Plan appointments in monthly, weekly, daily, or assistant-based calendar views. Staff can add or edit reservations from the daily view and block time slots when needed. Email utilities cover new reservations, selected assistants, reminders, follow-ups, and review invitations. Custom messages, logos, and SMS notifications can be configured for supported booking events. Google Calendar synchronization keeps reservations in step when appointments are added or canceled there.

PRO payments and staff tools

• Accept online payments through Stripe or PayPal by default, with options for deposits, tips, tax calculation, minimum orders, and transaction fees.
• Set service prices based on the selected assistant and configure variable-duration services.
• Require multiple assistants for a service, use Service Lock or Service Parallel Execution, clone bookings, or make resource-based reservations.
• Use customer-location time zones and limit assistant access privileges.
• Give salon managers and staff access to the mobile web app, or use the RESTful API in third-party applications.

Exclude booking pages from page caching so appointment availability stays current.
