Timetics Pro extends WordPress appointment booking with utilities for managing availability, staff schedules, customer updates, payments, and group events. Clients select an available time in an online booking calendar, receive confirmation, and pay during booking when a payment method is enabled. Use it for coaching, consultations, tutoring, classes, interviews, support calls, workshops, and other scheduled services.

Pro includes the free version’s appointment booking capabilities, including support for unlimited appointments, bookings, and team members. Confirmed time slots are blocked to help prevent scheduling conflicts.

Recurring sessions and client changes

The AI scheduling capability analyzes booking patterns and client history to suggest available appointment times. Clients can book weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom recurring slots in one step. They can also change an appointment’s date or time themselves, with updated confirmations and reminders sent automatically.

Team calendars and reminders

Google Calendar two-way sync reflects booking changes across connected calendars, and Google Meet can generate meeting links for bookings. Pro includes connections for iCal or Apple Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Email confirmations and reminders keep clients and staff informed; Pro also works with WhatsApp notifications and SMS reminders through Twilio.

Teams can manage multiple hosts on a booking, review schedules in an admin calendar, and use availability overrides for holidays, staff leave, or one-off events. Custom booking form fields and client notes let customers provide information or requests when they book.

Visual seat selection for group events

For conferences, workshops, theaters, and ticketed events, the Visual Seat Map lets attendees view live seat availability, choose a specific seat from a floor plan, choose a ticket tier such as VIP, Gold, or Standard, and complete the booking on the WordPress site. Group bookings can also support multiple attendees.

Payments and booking entries

Timetics supports Stripe at booking, local and offline payment methods, and WooCommerce integration. WooCommerce can provide access to additional payment gateways and order management. Pro adds PayPal. A sales analytics dashboard shows bookings, revenue, and trends over time. Booking data can be exported to or imported from CSV and Excel documents.

Install and activate the Timetics extension in WordPress, then configure services, availability, team members, calendar connections, payment options, reminders, and booking options. Add the booking calendar to the relevant page or site experience, and review the process before accepting appointments.
