Browser and server-side tracking
Browser pixel options include Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, OpenAI ads on ChatGPT and Hotjar. Pro includes server-side connections, including Conversion API (CAPI) integrations and GA4 Measurement Protocol for supported platforms. These connections can send events directly from the shop server when browser tracking is limited.
Pro also includes Advanced Matching and Enhanced Match where supported, plus Google Ads Enhanced Conversions. OpenAI ads on ChatGPT can use the browser pixel, with a server-side Conversions API connection and Advanced Matching available in Pro. Some additional integrations, including Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings, are marked beta.
Events and campaign processes
The add-on can track product-list impressions, product views, cart additions and removals, checkout steps, payment information and purchases. GA4 Enhanced E-Commerce entries shopping funnel activity. Google Ads Dynamic Remarketing can build audiences from product interactions, while Cart Item Tracking can provide cart data to Smart Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. Meta remarketing events include ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase.
Other tracking capabilities address payment gateway redirects, order duplication, AJAX product loading and infinite-scroll product lists. The Payment Gateway Accuracy Report can help identify gateways associated with tracking drops. Customizable filters refine tracking output, and tracking can be disabled for selected visitor roles to exclude staff or test accounts.
Pro conversion and store utilities
- Automatic Conversion Recovery: identifies missed conversions nightly and can send eligible order data retroactively within platform attribution windows.
- Order and event controls: includes advanced order duplication prevention, conversion adjustments for Google Ads, scroll tracking, and automatic phone and link click tracking.
- Customer value: customer lifetime value data supports value-based bidding and high-value customer audiences. A subscription value multiplier reports sign-ups at their expected lifetime value.
- Deferred loading: the tracking library can wait until the first interaction, reducing its initial page-load work.
Consent and administration
Google Consent Mode v2, Google TCF support and region-specific consent defaults help configure tracking for user choices in the EU, UK and US states with privacy regulations. The plugin integrates with more than 15 consent management platforms. The Nova administration interface includes a getting-started checklist. Through the WordPress Abilities API, AI agents can discover, read and update tracking settings according to their WordPress user permissions.
Setup
Install the plugin in WordPress, open the WooCommerce Pixel Manager settings and enter the tracking IDs for the platforms you use. Configure consent management, then review the event and filtering options. After setup, use the Payment Gateway Accuracy Report to check for tracking drops. Configure relevant server-side connections, matching options and Automatic Conversion Recovery in Pro.
