WPVR Pro for building connected 360° WordPress tours

WPVR Pro is the paid edition of WPVR, a WordPress tool for creating interactive 360° virtual tours and panorama viewers. It turns panoramic pictures of rooms, locations, or viewpoints into scenes visitors can explore in every direction. Build tours directly in WordPress without coding or an external SaaS platform for spaces such as properties, hotels, art galleries, car showrooms, pubs, and bars.

Panoramas become navigable scenes

Each panoramic image offers a scene in the tour. WPVR Pro works with unlimited scenes and hotspots, so tours can cover a property or venue. To connect areas, place a Scene Type Hotspot near a doorway, entry point, or other point of interest, then set its destination scene. Visitors choose the hotspot to continue through the tour. Scene transitions are available between views.

Hotspots connect navigation, information, and inquiries

Informational hotspots can display tooltips, images, videos, or audio. Hotspots can also be used with booking forms, lead forms, contact buttons, or other inquiry settings, giving visitors a way to ask questions, request a visit, or start a conversation while exploring.

Floor plans and controls shape the tour

Add a 2D floor plan image and place interactive pointers on it. Selecting a pointer can take visitors to its related room or scene, which can help them navigate property layouts and larger locations.

Branding controls let you place a logo and contact information on the tour and personalize control-button colors. WPVR Pro includes a library of more than 900 premium hotspot icons, custom colors, and custom CSS options for hotspot presentation. A welcome video and background music can introduce the experience.

Use panoramic images or 360° video

The add-on supports high-quality JPEG, PNG, and WebP panoramic images and can disable WordPress image compression for those images. It also works as a 360° video player, supporting self-hosted video and video from YouTube or Vimeo. On mobile devices, visitors can use gyroscope navigation where supported.

Publish tours with WordPress utilities

Place a completed tour on a page using widgets and blocks for Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, Oxygen, and Visual Composer. Standard shortcodes can also be used on pages, in listing templates, and with custom fields.

Installation and first use

1. Install and activate WPVR in WordPress.
2. Upload your 360° panoramic images and make the scenes.
3. Connect scenes with Scene Type Hotspots and add informational or inquiry hotspots.
4. Adjust branding, controls, transitions, and floor-plan options as needed.
5. Publish the tour and add it to a page using a supported block, widget, or shortcode.
