Recurio Pro: Subscription Billing for WooCommerce

Set up subscription offers

Recurio Pro extends WooCommerce subscription management for stores selling memberships, replenishable goods, digital access, meal kits, premium content, and other products suited to repeat billing. Its Vue.js dashboard brings subscription controls, automated billing, customer self-service, email notifications, and analytics into one management interface.

With Subscribe & Save, clients can select a one-time purchase or a subscription with an automatic discount on recurring orders. Subscription and one-time purchase products can also be combined in a single order. For variable products, set a separate price, trial period, billing cycle, and sign-up fee for each variation.

Configure billing and payments

Choose daily, weekly, or quarterly billing periods, or define custom intervals in days, weeks, months, or years, such as every two weeks or every three months. Other available settings include free trials, sign-up fees, subscription length limits, pause and resume, split payments or installments, and early renewal.

Recurio processes recurring payments through supported WooCommerce payment gateways, including Stripe and PayPal. Smart retry logic and dunning management help handle failed payments. Configurable email triggers can send renewal reminders, payment failure notices, and subscription status updates using customizable templates.

Give customers control of their plans

The self-service portal integrates with WooCommerce My Account. Customers can pause, resume, or cancel a subscription, skip their next renewal payment, update payment methods, and review billing history and invoices.

When a customer upgrades or downgrades, subscription switching applies prorated billing to calculate the charge for a plan change made during its billing period.

Review subscription activity

The analytics dashboard offers subscription metrics, key performance indicators, revenue tracking, and forecasting. Cohort analysis, retention rates, customer lifetime value calculations, and churn monitoring help you review subscription activity and customer behavior.

Install and configure

Install Recurio Pro on a WordPress website with WooCommerce available. Configure payment gateways and billing rules, make subscription products or variations, then choose the trials, fees, intervals, and customer options for each offer. Review the customer portal, email templates, and analytics settings before publishing.

For custom processes and external connections, Recurio includes a REST API, hooks, and filters. Its documented code is translation ready, the interface is built with Vue.js, and the add-on follows WordPress coding standards and security best practices.
