Buttonizer Premium package for WordPress chat and contact actions

Buttonizer Premium package gives WordPress websites floating buttons, sticky menus and popups for contact, chat, navigation and promotions. Visitors can select from more than 40 click actions and supported communication channels.

Floating buttons and actions

Create unlimited single buttons or interactive menus with actions such as calling, emailing or texting, opening a web URL or contact form, downloading a file, printing a page, copying its URL, opening a Google Maps route, scrolling and launching a popup. Social sharing buttons can also link visitors to social channels.

Group actions in a menu that stacks buttons, opens with a pop animation, arranges them in a quarter circle or shows them together in a square layout. Buttonizer also works with multiple floating button positions.

Chat and popups

Supported chat settings include WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Formilla, Telegram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Snapchat, Signal, LINE, WeChat and Viber. The integrated Formilla live chat lets visitors chat from the site. WhatsApp options can include a phone number, picture, custom message, multiple agents and opening or closing times. Mobile and desktop visitors can be directed to the relevant WhatsApp destination. JavaScript click actions can launch other live chat products.

The Popup Builder includes professionally designed marketing popups for announcements, promotions and coupon codes. Display filters can use scrolling, device type, selected pages or specific times. Buttonizer lists webhook support, iframe widgets and custom JavaScript code among its PRO options.

Visibility, styling and analytics

Set buttons to appear on mobile, desktop or both, and use page rules to select pages, categories or tags, match part of a URL, or target visitor roles. Custom schedules can specify start and end dates, days and times, and excluded dates. Buttons can also appear after a user scrolls or after a set delay. For example, a website can show call and WhatsApp actions on mobile while offering a contact form, email and URL on desktop.

Customize button position, colors, border radius, labels, fonts, icons, background pictures, classes and IDs. Font Awesome versions 4.7, 5, 6 and 7 Pro are supported, with more than 2,025 icons available. Import and export templates to reuse them across websites, and choose whether labels appear on mobile, desktop or both.

The analytics dashboard reports interactions, leads and conversions, and click actions can be tracked in Google Analytics. Buttonizer's JavaScript API can open or close menus and trigger actions on events.

Premium monitoring and chatbot add-ons

Premium real-time visitor monitoring shows active visitors and details such as country, recently viewed pages, referring site, new or returning status, IP address, operating system and browser. Proactive chat can start after a defined number of seconds.

ChatGPT-based and custom chatbots are paid capability add-ons. They can respond to common questions, qualify leads, book meetings and provide product or service information.

Setup

Install Buttonizer on the WordPress site, then configure buttons, menu behavior, click actions, styling and display rules. Connect any required chat services, choose the pages or devices where actions should appear, and review the setup before publishing. If using Premium monitoring, proactive chat or chatbot add-ons, configure them in the available Buttonizer and Formilla settings before publishing.
