Real Testimonials Pro

Turn customer feedback into site testimonials

Real Testimonials Pro is a WordPress add-on for collecting reviews and presenting selected feedback in sliders, carousels, grids, and other responsive showcases. Businesses and organizations can use it for service feedback, customer stories, product experiences, or other public reviews, with submissions managed in WordPress.

Make it easy to submit a review

Build a testimonial form with drag-and-drop controls and the fields you need. Place it directly on a page or show it in a popup or lightbox. Google reCAPTCHA support helps protect forms from automated bot submissions.

Email notifications can cover various stages of the review process: thank-you emails for reviewers, new testimonial alerts for administrators, and publication notifications for reviewers.

Include video testimonials

Customers can record and submit video testimonials through a front-end form. Once submitted, videos can play inline or open in a lightbox, so a showcase can include both written reviews and video experiences.

Choose how testimonials appear

Start with a ready testimonial layout and theme, then adjust the responsive presentation for each page. Settings include columns, rows, spacing, navigation, pagination, autoplay, slider speed, adaptive height, and touch or mouse interaction. Multiple sliders or showcases can share a page, each with its own options.

Select which details to show: the section title, testimonial title or tagline, review message, reviewer name, position or identity, picture, and star rating. Advanced image options support retina-ready pictures and custom styling such as borders, backgrounds, and display modes.

Set up a review process

Create a form with the information you want to collect, pick whether it appears inline or in a popup, and configure reCAPTCHA and email notifications as needed. Review incoming testimonials and publish selected content in a layout suited to the page. Written reviews, ratings, images, and videos can be arranged for different audiences.

Installation and compatibility

Install Real Testimonials Pro on a WordPress website, then configure its form fields, display method, notifications, and review protection. Choose a layout or theme and adjust the showcase settings for the page. Testimonials from the free version can be used after upgrading to Pro.

The plugin is translation-ready and works with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery Page Builder, Beaver Builder, Bricks Builder, and Oxygen Builder. It also includes options for Schema.org-compliant JSON-LD markup for testimonials.
