Choose a format and trigger
Display formats include lightbox and fullscreen popups, slide-ins, notification and free-shipping bars, floating-button and sidebar popups, welcome mats, and inline campaigns. The Embed Campaign block is marked experimental. Triggers include page load, clicks, hover, external-link clicks, floating buttons, and manual JavaScript. Pro also works with scroll depth, element visibility, exit intent, AdBlock detection, and visitor inactivity. Smart Tags can insert dynamic values into campaign content.
Target campaigns to page and shopper context
Display Conditions can choose pages, posts, URLs, dates and times, devices, browsers, operating systems, locations, languages, referral URLs, visitor status, or previous popup and form activity. WooCommerce conditions can use cart contents and value, purchase history, viewed products or categories, product stock, and total spend. These rules can guide a free-shipping prompt at a chosen cart value or a related-product recommendation for a shopper viewing a particular item.
Collect leads and connect forms
The Gutenberg Form block collects email addresses and syncs submissions with a CRM. Supported connections include MailChimp, AcyMailing, Brevo, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce Web-to-Lead, and Zapier. Forms include a built-in honeypot anti-spam solution, with Cloudflare Turnstile and hCaptcha integrations also available. FireBox can show existing forms from Elementor, Gravity Forms, and Contact Form 7.
Use campaigns for more than store offers
Campaigns can present coupons, upsells and cross-sells, cart reminders, best sellers, recently viewed products, or free-shipping progress. They can also share shipping or policy updates, request feedback, support meeting bookings, quizzes and surveys, collect phone numbers, or offer support and custom quotes. Other uses include age checks, cookie notices, external-link notifications, login popups, maps, social promotion, and content restrictions.
Review campaign activity and attributed revenue
FireBox analytics entries campaign views, form submissions, and conversion rates. Revenue Attribution tracks View-Through Revenue and Conversion-Through Revenue for WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads, connecting campaign views and conversions with sales for review.
