Set product order for each catalog view

Choose a manual order or Smart Sort

Manual ordering lets you place products in a specific sequence. Smart Sort applies a rule to an entire catalog or a selected category in one action. Choose from:

  • Best-selling products
  • Products with the most ratings
  • Price from low to high or high to low
  • In-stock products first
  • Latest or oldest products
  • Products on sale
  • Shuffle for a randomized show

These rules let you decide which groups appear first, including top sellers, reviewed products, available stock, new arrivals, and sale products.

Save arrangements and transfer them

Save a global or category-specific arrangement as a named preset with a description, then apply it with one click when you need a various display. Duplicate presets to make variations, or search and filter them to find one quickly. Saved layouts can support seasonal displays, holiday promotions, flash sales, or comparisons between product orders.

Export global, category-specific, or preset arrangements as JSON documents. When importing on another site, products are matched by SKU. This works with transferring arrangements between sites or to a staging environment, and sharing them with a team. Import reports list matched, skipped, and total products. Files up to 10 MB are supported.

Setup and display requirements

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
  2. Install and activate Rearrange Products for WooCommerce Pro.
  3. Open the product-ordering controls and arrange products manually, use Smart Sort, or create a preset.
  4. Apply the arrangement to the Shop or relevant category, then review the display.

If custom ordering does not appear on the Shop page, set WooCommerce Product Catalogue’s Default Product Sorting to Default sorting (custom ordering + name). Page builders may use their own product-query options, which can affect the display. For large catalogs where changes do not save, server limits such as memory_limit and max_execution_time may need attention from your hosting provider.

Deactivating the plugin turns off saved rearrangements until you reactivate it. Deleting or uninstalling the extension permanently removes the rearrangements.
