Schema for individual pages

Page-level options cover publishing, commerce, education, events, media and other subjects. Add the relevant details for the type you choose:

  • Article: Author, publisher and publication date.
  • Book: Title, author and ISBN.
  • Course: Provider, description and ratings.
  • Event: Dates, venue and ticket information.
  • FAQ: Frequently asked questions.
  • Product: Details such as price, availability, brand and ratings.
  • Service: Description, provider and pricing information.
  • Software Application: Application name, pricing, ratings and download information.
  • Video Object: Thumbnail, duration and description.
  • WebPage: Page type, author and publisher.

Specialized and custom markup

Additional types cover datasets, discussion forums, picture licenses, job postings, local businesses, movie carousels, people, podcasts, profile pages, Q&A pages, recipes, reviews and vehicle listings. Custom Markup Schema lets you add your own JSON-LD to a page when a predefined type does not fit.

Site-wide schema and setup

For information about the website as a whole, Schema Pro includes About Page, Breadcrumb, Contact Page, Organization, Person, Site Navigation and Sitelinks Search Box schemas. Organization schema can describe a company name, logo and social profiles; Contact Page schema can describe business contact details.

The supplied setup flow starts with installing and activating All In One Schema Rich Snippets on your WordPress website, then upgrading to Schema Pro. After that, select the schema that fits the page or site information and enter the relevant details. This is useful when the available basic schema options do not cover the types or broader markup your site needs.
