Manage WordPress posts and custom content

WOLF Premium is a bulk editor and manager for WordPress posts, pages, and custom post types. It can help with structured content such as real estate catalogs and vehicle listings, where editing entries one at a time would be impractical. The Premium edition supports editing all post fields and bulk deletion.

Filters narrow the records available for editing, export, or deletion. Before applying an operation, review the filtered records to confirm they match the intended scope. WOLF does not work correctly with WooCommerce products.

Edit fields, taxonomies, and metadata

Update WordPress fields, taxonomies, and meta fields in bulk. Editable content includes titles, post content, statuses, dates, menu order, and custom fields. The editor includes rich HTML elements for post editing, saves entered data instantly through AJAX, and can attach related taxonomies to posts for further editing.

You can add the meta fields your website needs and manage records through them. JSON and serialized metadata can be edited in a popup with an integrated data constructor. A calculator is available for decimal meta fields, and a randomizer can be used with numeric meta fields. The wpbe_wrap_field_val hook lets you personalize how column cell content appears in the editor.

Reuse configurations and coordinate edits

Create profiles for column sets and filter combinations, then load them again for recurring tasks. Empty text meta fields can also be used in filters for bulk operations. Bound editing supports editing several posts, and users can work on posts jointly without interfering with each other.

Export selected data to share with partners. History is available for bulk and individual operations, with the possibility of rolling back recorded changes. WPML compatibility, documentation, and support are also listed among the Premium capabilities.

Apply changes to a filtered set

For a catalog, filter posts by a taxonomy or metadata value, select the columns relevant to the task, and update shared information across the selected records. For content maintenance, use filtered editing to revise titles, content, statuses, dates, menu order, or custom fields. When records need to be removed, apply the required filter combination before using bulk delete.

Install and set up

Install and activate WOLF Premium in WordPress, then open its options or editor area from the administration dashboard. Select the post type to manage and choose the columns and filters for the task. Save a profile for a configuration you plan to reuse, or load an existing one. Review the filtered records before editing, exporting, or deleting them.
