Set prices from products and answers
Pricing fields can use a fixed price, offer multiple options, or let users choose an amount. Add quantities and pictures, and enforce minimums. Coupons apply percentage or fixed discounts, while live totals update as visitors make selections. Conditional logic can display or hide fields, products, and priced options based on answers, so the choices presented and the amount due can reflect each user’s responses.
Stripe supports card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, with a live payment button and server-verified totals. PayPal payments also take place in the form with server-verified totals. There are no added transaction fees beyond Stripe’s or PayPal’s standard processing fees.
Keep signatures, consent, and payment entries
Visitors can sign with a mouse, finger, or stylus. The signature is saved as an picture with the submission and can appear in PDF receipts. A consent or terms field can show scrollable terms, record versioned agreements, and permanently snapshot the agreement.
For paid orders, PDF receipts can be attached to notification emails. Administrators can also download any submission as a PDF with one click.
Guide visitors through each form
Multi-step layouts use page breaks, progress indicators, and validation for each step. Survey and star-rating fields support Likert grids and quick ratings. Address autocomplete lets visitors choose an address as they type, then fills the street, city, state, and ZIP fields using your own Google API key. SMS confirmations can notify customers when they book or pay through your own Twilio account.
Build and add a form
Thirteen ready-made templates cover donations, orders, registrations, waivers, agreements, and other uses. Choose a template or start from scratch, drag fields into the form, configure the capabilities you need, then save and add it to a page or other supported location.
The builder’s AI form option uses the provider connected under Settings > Connectors. It requires WordPress 7.0 or later and stays hidden on earlier versions.
