WordPress voting across content types
LikeBtn PRO, VIP, and ULTRA are paid plans for the Like Button Rating add-on. Add customizable Like and Dislike buttons to posts, pages, comments, WooCommerce products, BuddyPress activities and members, bbPress forum posts and visitors, UltimateMember profiles, custom post types, and Epoch comments.
Choose button position and alignment, edit the Like and Dislike text, and style buttons with CSS access, custom themes, or images. The plugin includes more than 80 parameters, 41 themes, and 40 languages, with right-to-left support. It is listed as GDPR compliant and compatible with fully cached sites.
Review votes and present popular content
Paid plans include real-time reports, voting statistics, and sorting by likes. A widget or [likebtn_most_liked] shortcode can list the most liked content. To display items liked by the current authenticated visitor, use a widget or [likebtn_liked_by_user]. A Like box can display users who liked an entry. Voter tracking can use IP address, device, cookie, or user.
PRO sends administrators email notifications when new votes are recorded. ULTRA lets website administrators change the number of likes or set an initial random number.
Shortcodes and community integrations
Use [likebtn] to place a Like button in a post or page, [likebtn_likes] and [likebtn_dislikes] to show vote totals, and [likebtn_off] to disable the button on a selected post or page. The [likebtn_category_likes] shortcode shows a category's total likes.
LikeBtn is compatible with myCRED and GamiPress. In BuddyPress, authors can receive notifications when authenticated users like or dislike their content; actions can also appear in the activity stream with custom snippet templates. Votes in private groups are not shown in the public activity stream. Other listed features include WPML and Multisite compatibility, Google Rich Snippets, Open Graph meta tags, donation buttons in a popup, and Likes, Dislikes, and Likes minus dislikes as post custom fields.
