Bring supported form entries into one dashboard

Form Vibes Pro automatically saves submissions from supported WordPress form builders to the WordPress database, with no required setup. If a notification email fails or is filtered as spam, the saved entry remains available in the dashboard. Entries from Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro Forms, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, WS Form, Bricks Builder Forms, Beaver Builder Forms, and Everest Forms appear in one sortable table.

Review entries and coordinate follow-up

Use date filters to review a day, week, month, or custom period. Advanced filters search submitted field values with multiple conditions and logic.

Pro utilities let you correct entry values inline, add internal notes, and mark submissions as Read, Unread, or Spam. The Event Log records edits and exports with a timestamp and username.

Reuse exports or sync to Sheets

Google Sheets integration syncs submissions automatically from supported forms, with automatic column mapping and worksheet creation. For recurring downloads, Export Profiles save a form, date range, filters, and selected columns so you can run the same configuration again with one click. Profiles can support recurring reports, filtered lead lists, or periodic transfers to Excel or Google Sheets. Pro removes the free version's 1,000-entry export limit.

Choose what appears and who can access entries

Display captured entries on your website's front end and select which fields to display. This can suit a public or restricted view of selected submission information. The Role Manager controls which visitor roles can view, edit, or export entries.

Start reviewing submissions

Install and activate Form Vibes Pro in WordPress to begin capturing entries from supported form builders automatically. Open the Form Vibes menu in the dashboard to review submissions, configure options, connect Google Sheets, make export profiles, and manage Pro features.
