Display calendars on WordPress pages and posts with the [ssa_booking] shortcode, the Block Editor, Elementor widgets, Beaver Builder modules, or Divi modules. Calendar styling options help fit the booking form to the surrounding website.

Scheduling for groups, staff, and resources

Group and class bookings let a time slot accept bookings up to a set capacity. Booking Flows offer a choice of booking steps and layouts. Google Calendar Sync can check a personal calendar for conflicts and personalize calendar events. With team booking, staff can receive bookings and manage their own schedules. Resource booking can schedule meeting rooms, rental entries such as bikes or tables, and maximum occupancy.

Appointment types let you set up separate calendars for different services. Advanced scheduling options and blackout dates shape availability. The plugin checks a selected time's availability during booking, and Google Calendar Sync can check for conflicts with a personal calendar.
