When submissions need steps or conditional fields
Multi-page forms divide longer submissions into steps. Conditional logic shows or hides fields according to a user’s selections, while file upload fields collect files and other documents. Repeater fields collect multiple sets of related information in one submission. Cascading dropdowns can change the available choices based on an earlier selection.
