Request a Quote for WooCommerce - Get a Quote Button Pro

Request a Quote for WooCommerce - Get a Quote Button Pro lets clients ask about pricing before placing an order. Use quote requests for bulk orders, custom products, selected variations, shipping questions or alternative products.

Quote buttons open a popup with a Contact Form 7 or WPForms form, so install and configure one of these form add-ons to collect enquiries. Pro controls where buttons appear and which products use them.

Place quote buttons and forms

Add buttons to single product pages, below the product grid or on the cart page. A custom shortcode can place a button elsewhere on your site. Pro includes a generator for WooCommerce hooks and lets you add custom Get a Quote buttons from the Elementor editor. You can make multiple buttons and assign various forms to specific product groups.

Adjust each button’s text, typography, size, spacing, color, location and appearance. Set the popup width, redirect customers to a thank-you page after submission, and configure the popup to close after a successful submission.

Choose which products request a quote

Rules can target specific products, categories, tags, variations, featured products, product types, stock statuses, visitor statuses, user roles and more. For a price-on-request setup, hide the product price and Add to Cart button when a quote button is enabled. Variable products are supported, and Pro can include the customer’s selected variations in quote emails.

Collect product and cart details

  • Use the multi-product quote system with full options and mini-quote widgets.
  • Add a quote button to the cart page to collect details about all cart items.
  • Send quote emails to the WooCommerce product vendor or author email address.
  • Include product title, price, SKU, ID, URL, stock status, variations and other product information in quote emails. The WooCommerce product title can also appear in the email body and popup form.

Cloudflare Turnstile support is included. The add-on is responsive on tablets and smartphones, works with RTL, and works with multilingual processes using WPML and Polylang.

Set up the quote workflow

  1. Install Pro on a WooCommerce website, then configure the button text, styling, visibility rules, popup width and product conditions in the settings.
  2. Install and configure Contact Form 7 or WPForms, then select a form for each relevant quote button.
  3. Place buttons using the product-page settings, cart settings, shortcode, hooks or Elementor.
  4. Test a product variation and the resulting email before publishing the workflow.
