Correios Automático PRO: WooCommerce Shipping and Labels

Correios Automático brings shipping and order tasks into WooCommerce, from freight estimates to tracking and returns. Most general capabilities are available in the free edition. Selected automatic capabilities require PRO, and some workflows, including automatic pre-posting, also need a Correios contract. Many plugin functions work without a contract.

Freight estimates and checkout

• Calculate freight on product pages and in the cart.
• Fill in the address, neighborhood, city and state after a customer enters a CEP at checkout.
• Add delivery days to a product or shipping method; those days are added to the Correios estimate.
• Set free-shipping or discount rules based on the cart total. The PRO progress bar can display how much remains to qualify under the shop’s discount settings.
• Use offline mode for an approximate freight calculation when Correios services are unavailable.

The plugin also supports electronic content declarations (DCe or DACE), optional order statuses and batch updates to tracking codes.

Labels and posting workflows

With PRO, the Etiqueta Builder customizes standard, national, international and remessa conforme labels. Print labels individually or in batches. A companion application for Windows, Linux or Mac can print labels automatically without a manual click for each order.

When a Correios contract is available, the plugin can make pre-postings automatically. It can also add tracking codes according to the configured process and support international shipping with Exporta Fácil, international freight calculation, remessa conforme, unitizing labels, CN35 and CN36.

Tracking and returns

Manage tracking emails and tailor or automate messages to customers. PRO can change an order’s status automatically when the customer receives it, or be configured to change it to Em transporte or Saiu para entrega. For returns, a customer can submit a request through the store, and the plugin handles the remaining process according to its configuration.

Marketplace and store integrations

Dokan integration lets marketplace sellers print their own labels and can base freight calculations on each seller’s store. The plugin also works with Bling so delivery methods appear correctly in the account, and with FreNet, Melhor Envio and Envio Simples by replacing the Correios shipping method. It supports WordPress Multisite.

For customer notifications, the plugin can integrate with Pingo Notify to send WhatsApp alerts. It also supports automatic address completion through the ViaCEP API and relies on Correios web services for some operations.

Configure the plugin

Install and activate the plugin in WordPress. Quick setup can import settings from older add-ons such as Claudio Sanches and Virtuaria Correios, or you can enter settings manually. The plugin suggests configurations based on whether you have a Correios contract. Then configure the shipping methods, labels, tracking, returns, discounts and integrations you need. Enter applicable Correios account details for contract-dependent PRO workflows.
