Send WordPress form submissions to WhatsApp

FormyChat Premium connects WordPress contact forms with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. Submissions are sent to a chosen WhatsApp number and can also be stored as leads in the WordPress dashboard. Desktop users can be redirected to WhatsApp Web, while smartphone visitors can be redirected to WhatsApp Mobile.

Choose a form and personalize the visitor experience

Use the native FormyChat form or a floating widget with a supported form integration. The floating widget works with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms and Fluent Forms. Existing forms can be embedded through Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms, with submissions sent to WhatsApp.

Adjust form details such as the header and submit button text, size and dimensions. The floating widget supports a custom icon and size, positioning with top, bottom, left or right coordinates, and a call-to-action bubble with adjustable text, color and background. Premium fonts and layout settings provide further styling controls.

Greetings popups

Choose a premium popup template, adjust the heading and message sizes, and choose a premium font. Set the popup’s on-click action to open the form or redirect the visitor to WhatsApp.

Review and route leads

The WordPress dashboard stores submitted form data, including the submission date, name, email address, contact number and message. Additional metadata can include the form type or widget name. Filter, sort and search records by date range, form name or keyword, then export leads as CSV documents for offline storage or reporting.

FluentCRM integration syncs leads for follow-up and segmentation. Email notifications can be sent alongside WhatsApp messages. Visitors can select a country code before entering a phone number.

Set up the connection

Install and activate the add-on, enter the WhatsApp number that should receive submissions, then select the native form, floating widget or a supported existing form integration. Customize the widget and form options, save the widget, and place an embedded form on a page or post when needed. For Contact Form 7, disable email notifications for a selected form to use the integration without SMTP. No programming knowledge is required.
