You do not need a Google account. Analytics data is created and stored in your website’s WordPress database; Independent Analytics does not use cookies, shop personal data, or communicate with external servers. It can execute alongside Google Analytics, but it cannot import data from Google Analytics, Jetpack Stats, or other analytics tools.

- Form tracking: Automatically track submissions, with integrations for more than 20 form add-ons.
- Customizable Overview: Configure the main report with the information most useful to your process.
- Solo reports: View dedicated reports for individual pages and referrers.
- HTML email reports: Schedule formatted reports daily, weekly, or monthly for yourself or clients.
Apply visitor data to site decisions
Bloggers can see which posts are attracting readers, while news websites can check updating analytics and post views in the Posts menu to follow current interest. Startups can review where early adopters come from and which messaging attracts attention.
Store owners can consider product views, visitor searches, traffic sources, and sales together when reviewing shopping activity. Agencies and site builders can share readable reports with clients in WordPress. Nonprofits can review donor-related traffic and campaign attention; analytics access can also be shared with team members.
Start tracking in WordPress
Tracking starts after Independent Analytics is installed and activated, without adding JavaScript or code snippets. If a caching plugin is active, clearing the cache once may be necessary before checking for data.
