Fluent Forms Pro is a drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Arrange fields and sections without code to create contact forms, applications, registrations, product orders, donations, quizzes, surveys, and calculators. Responsive and accessible form design works with users using different devices and needs.

Pro includes more than 55 input fields, including picture and file uploads, phone fields, ratings, checkable grids, range sliders, color pickers, dynamic fields, and chained selects. Multi-step layouts divide longer forms into sections. Conversational forms show one question at a time and can be shared by direct URL, shortcode, or HTML embedding. Pro users can personalize conversational form fonts, colors, and backgrounds, while visitors can navigate questions with scrolling and key presses.

Choose how answers guide the form

Conditional logic can show relevant fields based on a user’s responses. Conditional confirmation messages show different responses when specified conditions are met. Conditional email routing directs notifications according to submission details, and advanced validation helps control the information users provide.

Payment settings and calculation ranges

Create payment, product order, subscription, and donation forms. Listed payment gateway integrations include PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paddle, Square, Paystack, Mollie, and Authorize.net. Payment fields can be combined with product details, quantities, payment methods, and summaries.

Numeric calculation tools support forms for car loan, BMI, mortgage, or tax calculations. Numeric inputs can have minimum and maximum values. The Pro payment capability removes Fluent Forms’ listed 1.9% Stripe transaction fee; Stripe’s own charges still apply. After submission, the PDF feature can generate invoices, reports, or order summaries for download or email delivery.

Quizzes, surveys, reports, and entries

Create quizzes with scored questions and show performance after submission or by email. Surveys can display their results. For managing submissions, Pro includes inventory management, advanced reports and search filters, admin approval, and automatic entry deletion.

Other Pro functions include visitor registration, advanced post and custom post type creation, address autocomplete, geo-location provider support, SMS notifications, and double opt-in. More than 60 third-party integrations are listed, with additional connections available through Zapier.

Form styling and migration

The Advanced Form Styler controls colors, fonts, box shadows, borders, margins, and padding. Styles can also be imported from previous forms. The one-click migrator supports transitions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Caldera Forms, Ninja Forms, and Gravity Forms.

Getting started

Install Fluent Forms Pro in WordPress and open the drag-and-drop builder. Choose a reusable template or start a form, add the fields you need, configure conditional logic or payment settings, adjust the styling, and publish using the available WordPress form placement options.
