SportsPress Pro for Teams, Clubs, and Leagues

SportsPress Pro is the premium edition of SportsPress for WordPress team, club, and league sites. SportsPress organizes clubs, players, staff, venues, seasons, and events. When you publish an event result, league tables and team and player statistics can update from that result, keeping the displayed records in step with the season.

How Pro modules extend the site

Activating SportsPress Pro includes modules to the dashboard for competitions and website management:

• Scoreboard: Display results from multiple events in a horizontal scoreboard.
• Sponsors: Add sponsors and track clicks and impressions.
• Staff Directories: Publish contact information for key personnel.
• Team Access: Assign visitors to a team and limit their access to data for that team.
• Team Colors: Display each team’s colors on its profile page.

How match data appears across the site

The core plugin handles fixtures and results, event calendars, club profiles with player lists, player profiles and statistics, staff profiles, season archives, venue details and maps, and event player performance. Standings can show club logos. The equation builder lets you styling a points system, while options let you configure league table columns and player statistics. You can also switch between club-versus-club and player-versus-player modes.

Set up sport-specific data

Sport presets populate variables and sample data to help you configure a site. Presets cover sports such as American football, association football, Australian rules football, baseball, basketball, cricket, darts, and golf, along with other sports and esports. The extension supports most team sports with a scoring system, and you can adapt its settings to your sport.

Import events, clubs, players, and staff from CSV documents. The editor includes a shortcode menu, events can integrate with iCal, and the plugin has certified WPML compatibility. SportsPress works with any theme, though you may need styling to match a particular design.

A club can publish fixtures, venues, rosters, and player statistics. A league can maintain standings, event calendars, club profiles, and season archives. Tournament organizers can add bracket competitions alongside those records.
