Add content and place each popup
Popups can contain text, HTML, shortcodes, images, videos, and forms. Embed YouTube or Vimeo videos, or load forms such as Contact Form 7. YouTube and Vimeo videos pause automatically when the popup closes.
Place a popup on a page, post, or widget area using its shortcode. The layout adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. The shortcode works with the WordPress block editor, Full Site Editing themes, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, and WPBakery.
Choose triggers and timing
Open a popup automatically on page load or let visitors open it with a button. Set a page-load delay from 0 to 60 seconds. Premium triggers can also respond to exit intent, scroll percentage, or user inactivity.
Target specific pages, posts, or custom post types. For time-limited campaigns, set start and end dates. Cookie-based dismissal can conceal a popup from visitors who have already seen it, while an auto-close timer can dismiss it after a set number of seconds.
Customize styling and animation
Premium delivers 19 animation effects, including Fall, 3D Slit, Super Scaled, Blur, and Rotate. Adjust colors for the header, content area, footer, overlay, and close button. You can also control typography, text alignment, padding, transition speed, border radius, and box shadow.
- Add two footer buttons with separate destinations, colors, sizes, and hover animations.
- Choose a close button with an icon, text, or both, and customize its colors.
- Clone popups or import and export their settings as JSON documents.
Implementation and accessibility
The popup uses custom CSS and vanilla JavaScript without Bootstrap or jQuery dependencies. Keyboard focus trapping and ARIA markup support screen reader access.
Publish a popup
Create a popup in the WordPress settings panel, add its content, configure the design and triggers, then publish it. Copy its generated shortcode into the page, post, or widget area where it should appear.
