Geeky Bot Commerce Pro extends Geeky Bot, an AI Sales Assistant for WooCommerce, with utilities that help shoppers ask natural questions, refine requests, compare options, and continue toward purchase-related actions. Search covers visible products and can use product names, categories, prices, colors, sizes, stock, sale status, use cases, and shopper preferences. Follow-up refinements, synonyms, spelling mistakes, and close matches help interpret requests. Answers may use available descriptions, attributes, variations, prices, and stock information. When information is unavailable, the assistant says so.

If there is no exact product result, Geeky Bot can label close matches or suggest a sensible constraint to remove, so shoppers can continue while recognizing that a result is approximate.

Policy answers come from selected pages

Store owners can select published pages about shipping, refunds, returns, exchanges, warranty, payment, privacy, and other shop policies. Answers to policy questions are limited to these approved sources. The assistant does not crawl arbitrary pages.

Storefront widget and administration

The responsive floating widget supports product cards, suggested questions, a configurable timed shopper invitation, clear shopper and assistant identities, persistent browser-side history, and a clear-chat control. It includes accessible focus states, reduced-motion support, and scoped styling intended to avoid theme conflicts.

Guided setup checks WooCommerce, builds the product index, selects policy pages, configures the widget, and verifies readiness. Guided Demo can make realistic test questions from store products, including short conversations that show contextual follow-up answers.

Store owners can review conversations, group unanswered questions, see products opened from chat, export data to CSV, delete stored conversations, configure guest storage and retention, and use WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.

Installation and data handling

Install Geeky Bot Commerce Pro in the WooCommerce store, then use guided setup to check WooCommerce, create the product index, select approved policy pages, configure the storefront widget, and verify readiness. Core discovery and grounded routing can execute locally. Zywrap and OpenAI are optional services selected and configured by the administrator.

Depending on configuration, the extension may store conversation messages, session identifiers, response intent, product references, policy references, and product-click events in the WordPress database. Retention settings, conversation deletion tools, and WordPress personal-data export and erasure integration are provided for store administration.
