Choose a presentation
Available styles include grid, masonry, list, mini list, overlay, and slider. Adjust columns and picture cropping to suit the selected layout. Slider options include automatic sliding, and the layouts are responsive for mobile devices.
Set the selection and order
Choose posts, pages, or a custom post type, then filter by category, tag, or custom taxonomy. Sort the results by date, title, author, comments, or random order. Pagination organizes larger result sets; the offset option skips initial posts, which can help when another display already shows them.
Include additional details
A display can show custom fields and shortcodes alongside its content. The available custom-field information depends on the fields on your WordPress website. In the block editor, a live preview lets you review display changes as you configure them.
Place a display with a block or widget
Add the Display Post Types block while editing a post or page, then configure the content, filters, sorting, and styling. To use a widget, open Appearance > Widgets, add the Display Post Types widget to an available area, and choose its content and styling options.
