How Does WPFront Notification Bar Pro Target Notifications?
WPFront Notification Bar Pro lets you make multiple bars for promotions, announcements, news, and other time-sensitive messages with the advanced editor. Each notification can include a message and an optional button that opens a URL or executes JavaScript. Shortcodes are processed in the message for shortcode-based WordPress workflows.

Choose placement and visibility
Place a bar at the top or bottom of the page, or keep it fixed as a sticky bar. Set a delay in seconds before it appears. The Display on Scroll option controls when it becomes visible instead of showing immediately on page load. You can also set the bar height and personalize its colors. Hide the bar on small devices when its message is not suited to those screens.
Set the audience and active dates
Choose which pages and posts show a notification. User-role selection can target guest visitors or another selected group. Set Start and End dates to define when the notification is active.
Configure user controls
Optionally show a close button for users who want to dismiss a message. Set the number of seconds before the bar closes automatically, and display a Reopen Button so visitors can access the notification again after closing it.
Preview and set up notifications
The bar does not display on wp-admin pages, except on the notification bar settings page, where it previews your changes. The add-on does not collect personal information.
In the settings area, create a notification and write its message. Optionally add a button, choose the bar position, and adjust its appearance. Configure timing, visitor controls, targeting, and dates, then choose the pages or posts where it should appear. Use the associated settings information and troubleshooting resources for option details or configuration help.
