Easy PayPal & Stripe Buy Now Button Pro lets you sell individual products or services from WordPress posts and pages without setting up a larger eCommerce solution. Create and place buttons
In a post or page editor, use the PayPal Button control to enter an item name, price, and related details. The control creates a shortcode automatically. You can also add one manually, for example [wpecpp name='Product name goes here' price='6.99']. Place multiple shortcodes in the same post or page to display separate products or services.
Set item and checkout settings
- Create coupons and apply fixed or rate-based discounts to individual entries.
- Manage inventory and add an item ID or SKU.
- Set a quantity for each item.
- Charge a fixed tax amount or a tax rate.
- Set shipping and handling charges per item.
- Hide the customer’s custom note field.
- Change PayPal’s Return to Merchant text.
Choose button appearance and destinations
Set a size for each button, add a custom button image, and choose whether the item name or price appears beside it. The base add-on includes four PayPal button designs, support for 18 languages and 25 currencies, and options for how the PayPal window opens. You can also set cancellation and successful-payment destinations.
Set up and test payments
Install the plugin in WordPress and follow its setup instructions to connect PayPal and Stripe. The settings include guidance for signing up for either account if needed, as well as instructions for creating a PayPal or Stripe Sandbox account. Sandbox testing lets you use buyer and seller accounts with test money before selling publicly.
After setup, make a button in the post or page editor, configure its available Pro settings, and insert the generated shortcode or add one manually. Publish or update the content to display the button.
