Choose how deadlines are timed
An evergreen timer gives each visitor a personal countdown, tracked by cookie or IP. Pro lets you set a waiting period before that timer restarts for the same visitor. You can also set an evergreen timer to end at a specific time in the visitor’s local timezone, such as midnight.
A one-time timer counts down to a shared deadline. For fixed-date and recurring timers, you can select a timezone instead of using the server timezone. This setting lets the timer follow the timezone selected for the campaign.
Schedule recurring and irregular campaigns
Recurring timers reset on an interval you define: every minute, hour, day, week, or month. They can support repeated offers, flash sales, and shipping cutoff reminders without requiring a manual reset each cycle.
For dates that do not follow a regular interval, enter a list of specific deadlines and the countdown cycles through them in order. Each deadline can have its own headline. After the final deadline expires, the timer runs its configured expiry actions.
Set expiry behavior and placement
Pro can trigger more than one action when a countdown ends. For example, it can conceal the timer and display a custom message, or redirect users to a URL. You can also set a timer to automatically deactivate a specified WooCommerce coupon when it expires.
With WooCommerce integration, timers can appear on product pages and hide the Add to Cart button at expiry. A sticky countdown bar can stay at the top or bottom of the screen across all pages or selected pages.
Style timers for your site
Customize labels, colors, spacing, and other presentation options, then add custom CSS to an individual timer for more specific adjustments. Pro includes event themes for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day, as well as Circle Progress and Flip Clock styles. The Lite capabilities include eight themes and a live preview in the editor.
HurryTimer works with Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery, and Gutenberg, so you can place countdowns within existing page layouts.
Install and add a timer
After installing HurryTimer Pro, go to HurryTimer > Add New Timer. Choose a timer type, set its schedule and expiry behavior, then publish it. Copy the generated shortcode into a post, page, or text widget, or use the WooCommerce tab to add the countdown to a product page. Pro includes priority support by email or chat.
