User Registration & Membership Pro: Plans and Access Rules

User Registration & Membership Pro brings membership plans, registration and login forms, payments, profiles, and content access into one WordPress process. Set up plans and rules to shape how members join, what they can view, and how they manage their accounts.

Plan terms determine membership access

Create tiers with different access levels and benefits, then group related plans for front-end display. Set fixed-term memberships, recurring subscriptions, or lifetime access. Upgrade paths let members move between tiers while maintaining their access or membership status. Pro also works with multiple memberships per visitor and team memberships.

Apply restrictions across the website, to individual pages or posts, or to specific content blocks. Rules can use membership plans, user roles, registration status, and login status, with AND, OR, and NOT conditions. Content dripping, URL-based restriction, and file download protection provide additional controls.

Member management tools include searchable directories, role-based redirects after login, profile completeness indicators, user journey tracking, and controls for blocking simultaneous logins. Pre-installed pages for registration, login, account management, lost passwords, password resets, pricing, and thank-you messages can be used as supplied or customized.

Form options shape registration and login

Use the drag-and-drop builder to create custom WordPress registration forms with more than 60 field types. Pro capabilities include conditional logic, multi-step and conversational forms, field visibility controls, form restrictions, popup forms, calculations, signature fields, invite codes, repeater fields, and Save and Continue. Pre-built templates and live previews help with form setup. AJAX submission shows confirmation or error feedback without reloading the page.

Customize login form styles and methods, add CAPTCHA, and set login or logout redirects. Registration can use auto-approval, email verification, or manual administrator approval. User role assignment is also available.

Payment settings connect to membership plans

Accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Pro adds trial periods and integrations with Authorize.net and Mollie. Payment history entries transaction status, date, gateway, and related details for administrators and members. Membership tools also include coupons and discounts, tax and EU VAT settings, local currency, invoice generation, and prorated billing for plan upgrades.

Integrations connect member workflows

Masteriyo LMS integration supports selling courses through memberships. Marketing and CRM connections include Mailchimp, MailerLite, MailPoet, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, Kit, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Sheets, and webhooks. Additional tools include social login, profile connections with other add-ons, PDF form submission, front-end post submission, bulk CSV user import, geolocation data collection, private administrator notes, role-based form access, and cloud storage through Google Drive or Dropbox.

Configure the membership flow

Install User Registration & Membership, then configure plans, forms, payment methods, pages, and restriction rules for the site. Build and preview registration or login forms, and connect access rules to the relevant plans, users, pages, posts, or content blocks.
