Hydra Booking Pro for WordPress

Hydra Booking Pro is an appointment scheduling and calendar management system for WordPress. It works with unlimited bookings for appointments, meetings, classes, consultations, and service visits.

Appointments, meetings, and locations

Set up one-to-one or group meetings, including recurring sessions. Bookings can be online, in person, by phone, or at a custom location. The scheduling tools suit freelancers, agencies, clinics, salons, fitness instructors, consultants, educators, and service businesses.

Availability and host access

Set weekly hours or availability for specific date ranges and future dates. Offer various meeting durations, add date overrides and buffer times, limit booking frequency, and ask attendees custom questions. Time-zone handling adjusts scheduling information for attendees.

Assign hosts to bookings and manage their access permissions. Hosts can manage their meetings, bookings, availability, and integrations, while administrators control host access.

Bookings, calendars, and notifications

Use list or calendar views to review bookings by day, week, or month, and filter by host or date. The dashboard reports bookings, earnings, and completed or canceled appointments across daily, weekly, and monthly views. Email notifications can send confirmations, rescheduling updates, and reminders.

• Payments: Set bookings as free or paid. Paid bookings can use WooCommerce, PayPal, or Stripe.
• Calendars and video meetings: Connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook Calendar. Zoom and Google Meet links can be created for virtual appointments.
• Forms and CRM: Connect Fluent Forms or Contact Form 7, and use CRM integrations such as Zoho, AWeber, or FluentCRM. Gravity Forms integration is also listed.
• Pro notifications and data utilities: Send SMS or WhatsApp notifications through Twilio, or booking notifications to Slack and Telegram. Pro import and export works with JSON or CSV for settings, hosts, meetings, and bookings. Webhook support is also available in Pro.
