Manage Premium: Monitor Multiple WordPress Sites

Review connected WordPress websites

Manage brings site health, performance, maintenance needs, and operational status for multiple WordPress sites into one dashboard. Agencies, freelancers, and website owners can review their sites together, then use one-click login to open a connected site's administration area. Manage makes a WordPress admin visitor for remote operation.

The free plan supports unlimited connected sites, view-only performance scans every 14 days, security risk detection, and one-click login. Premium features are available through an Elementor One subscription.

Understand scans and security findings

Google Lighthouse scans report page speed, SEO, and accessibility scores, with optimization tips and a 30-day history of performance trends. With Elementor One, scans run automatically each day, and you can request an on-demand scan as often as every four hours. The dashboard also surfaces detected add-on security issues for review.

Maintain sites from one dashboard

Premium management utilities let you update extensions, themes, and WordPress versions across connected sites. Database cleanup can remove transients, comments, post revisions, and auto-drafts. If a plugin update causes a problem, rollback lets you return to the previous version.

Premium tools also include picture optimization and accessibility remediation through integrated tools. The dashboard keeps an action history and performance reports available for portfolio reviews and maintenance work.

Connect and manage sites

  1. Install the Manage plugin on each WordPress site you want to connect.
  2. Connect the plugin to an active Elementor account through Elementor > Site Management > Settings. You initiate the connection manually.
  3. Open the Managed Sites dashboard to review connected websites.
  4. Use available premium tools for scans, bulk actions, optimization, cleanup, and rollback.

Connected sites are managed from the Elementor account dashboard, with site-level administration available through one-click login.
