WordPress forms to Mailchimp sign-ups
Integrations are available for the WordPress comment and registration forms, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms 3, WPForms, BuddyPress, MemberPress, Events Manager, Easy Digital Downloads, Give, UltimateMember, HTML Forms, and AffiliateWP. If the form or add-on you use is not listed, the custom integration capability may provide a way to connect it. Developers can also use the PHP API to add subscribers programmatically.
WooCommerce orders to Mailchimp purchase data
After connecting a Mailchimp account and configuring the Premium WooCommerce integration, a store can send order information to Mailchimp. This lets store owners see what each subscriber purchased and how much revenue email campaigns are generating. The integration offers purchase and revenue visibility; it does not guarantee a particular marketing result.
Other listed add-ons and integrations include Mailchimp Top Bar and Boxzilla Pop-ups, which offer additional ways to present subscription opportunities. Their setup depends on the relevant integration or add-on.
Form show and developer tools
Add a form to a post or page with the [mc4wp_form] shortcode or Gutenberg block. For a widget area, add the Mailchimp for WordPress Form widget through the WordPress Widgets screen. A PHP function, mc4wp_show_form(), can display a form from theme documents.
The add-on is documented through a knowledge base and provides filter and action hooks for extending its default behavior, along with example code snippets for developers.
