Lead Form Builder Pro for WordPress Forms

Lead Form Builder Pro makes responsive WordPress forms for contact requests, registrations, newsletters, and other lead-generation needs. Start with a pre-built template or create a form, then arrange its fields with drag and drop. Form creation is unlimited.

Choose fields and adjust the design

Forms can include text or name, email, URL, number, textarea, radio button, checkbox, date, dropdown, and file upload fields. Use placeholders as default values and set form sizing to small, medium, or large.

Set colors for fields, headings, and buttons, and choose an picture or color for the header and form background. The Live Customizer offers appearance options, with custom CSS available for further changes. Forms can show a custom thank-you message, redirect visitors to a thank-you page, or be reset.

Deliver and manage submissions

Send leads by email, save them in the database, or use both methods. A separate lead management area shows submissions for each form. Lead export includes details such as IP address, country, operating system, and browser through the lead-tracing capabilities.

Configure email options separately for administrators and customers, including their respective “from” and “to” settings. The plugin works with unlimited email notifications, autoresponders for form submitters, and SMTP mail configuration.

Spam protection and integrations

Spam protection options include Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, plus Cloudflare Turnstile. Google One Tap Login is included among the premium functions. MailChimp supports newsletter processes, and the Lead Form Styler Elementor addon provides additional styling options for Elementor forms.

Import and export tools are available for form configurations. Use the Block Editor or supported page builders including Elementor, Brizy, SiteOrigin, and Gutenberg. The plugin also provides Lead Form Builder and Advance Lead Form blocks.

Add a form to a WordPress website

Generate a shortcode to place a form in a page, post, or widget. To install the plugin, upload lead-form-builder.zip to the /wp-content/add-ons/ directory and activate it from the Plugins menu in WordPress. Then create a form, configure its settings, and add its shortcode where the form should appear.
