Booking Calendar brings availability calendars, booking forms and reservation management into WordPress. Use it for appointments, rentals, services, consultations, classes, events and other bookings based on dates or times. Visitors select full-day dates, appointment start times or time slots according to the workflow, enter their details and submit a request. Administrators can review, approve, decline or edit bookings and send email notifications to customers and administrators.

Separate resources with Personal

Booking Calendar Personal lets you make an unlimited number of separate booking resources, each with its own calendar. Resources can represent properties, services, rental entries or other bookable offerings. Configure booking form appearances and email templates, then manage requests with utilities to add notes, edit or duplicate bookings, change their assigned resource and export records as CSV.

Pricing and payments with Business Medium

Business Medium includes the Personal capabilities and online payments, with additional controls for booking costs. Set seasonal or weekday daily rates as fixed amounts or percentages of the original daily cost. Multi-day pricing can vary by the number of selected days and can depend on the season of the check-in date.

Set early-booking and last-minute discounts using the time between the booking date and check-in. Advanced cost options can add taxes or services and adjust the total according to the number of visitors. After a booking is created, visitors can pay a fixed deposit or a percentage of the original booking cost.

Forms and availability for various processes

Multiple custom forms let you use different fields for different resources. Forms can support multi-step flows, while calendars can display unavailable dates and time intervals. Bookings can be synchronized through .ics feeds, and Google Calendar events can be imported.
