Extend Gutenberg accordions for FAQs and guides

Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block Pro includes controls for interactive FAQ sections, documentation, process guides and other expandable content. The underlying block uses native Gutenberg components, adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile layouts, and lets you place text, images, videos, tables, buttons and other blocks inside an accordion. Nest sections for multi-level content, or arrange titles, subtitles, icons and inner blocks side by side in a horizontal accordion.

Find and revisit specific answers

Instant Search helps visitors locate questions or sections in a long list. The Question and Answer style presents FAQs in a Q&A format, while unique anchor links point to individual entries. Voting buttons collect feedback on each FAQ entry and show its total vote count. Open All and Close All controls expand or collapse every item together.

Read More can hide content after a chosen character limit or line count, then reveal the rest when selected. Group Accordion also has a Show More control that sets how many items appear with each click.

Choose how visitors move through content

• Click or hover activation lets you choose how an accordion opens.
• Steps Layout opens items in sequence and marks previously opened items as checked. Checklist Layout lets visitors tick off completed items.
• Next and Previous controls support sequential browsing within accordion content.
• Group Accordion autoplay switches between sections automatically.
• Category filters use custom tags set on the parent accordion.

Adjust each section’s presentation

Pro options include featured icons or images in accordion titles, section subheadings, custom title labels, and automatic numbering with color controls. Group Accordion blocks can also have a capability picture. A custom CSS field gives you more control over styling.

The underlying block includes keyboard navigation, pre-built patterns, global style options, controls for opening selected sections on page load, and automatic FAQ structured data markup. Style settings cover margins, padding, border radius, backgrounds, colors and typography.

Install and activate Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block Pro in WordPress. Open a post or page in the Gutenberg editor, add an accordion block, and insert your content. Configure the Pro options for search, feedback, links, display controls or guided navigation, then adjust the responsive and styling settings.
