Move a Blogger archive to WordPress

Blogger Importer Extended Unlimited transfers published posts and pages from a Blogger blog into WordPress. The Unlimited edition has no quantity limits for posts, pages, comments, pictures, labels or authors. You can exclude selected parts of the import. Draft and scheduled posts are not imported.

The importer connects to Blogger through the Google Blogger API. It can bring posts and pages with their comments, images, tags or labels, and authors, while preserving post and page links. Both the free and Unlimited editions can set up 301 redirects from old Blogger links to their WordPress destinations. Both editions can also import an unlimited number of blogs.

Choose the available processing settings for the migration:

• Set up 301 redirects from Blogger links to their WordPress destinations.
• Remove ?m=1 from old Blogger links.
• Convert HTTP links to HTTPS to address mixed content.
• Filter spam comments.
• Enable native lazy-loading for blog post pictures.
• Convert post formatting to match WordPress standards.

Run the import

Install and activate the plugin from the WordPress dashboard, then open Settings > Blogger Importer. Follow the migration steps there, selecting the content and optional settings for the move. After the import, review the posts, pages, media, comments, labels, authors, links and redirect destinations in WordPress.
