Conditional Payments for WooCommerce Pro
Conditional Payments for WooCommerce Pro applies checkout rules to payment methods already used in your shop, including built-in and third-party options such as PayPal, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. Rules can hide a method when conditions are met or display it only when the relevant conditions are satisfied.

Configure checkout rules
Use order and customer details to decide when payment methods are available. For example, a shipping method condition can limit Cash on Delivery to orders using Local pickup. A billing company condition can make Invoice available to business clients and prevent private customers from ordering with it.
Condition types
The included features support conditions for products, order subtotal, shipping method, and billing and shipping address fields. Pro includes those capabilities and includes conditions for:
- Coupons and currency
- Stock status, including in-stock items and backorders
- Shipping class and product category
- Logged-in or logged-out status, visitor role, and groups
- Language through Polylang or WPML
Conditional fees and debug mode
Apply payment method fees only when selected order, customer, shipping, product, or other supported conditions apply. Debug mode helps you examine rule behavior while configuring the plugin and troubleshoot payment methods that appear or are restricted unexpectedly.
Install and review the rules
- Download the extension ZIP file.
- In the WordPress admin panel, open Plugins, choose Add New, then Upload Plugin. Select and upload the ZIP file.
- Activate the plugin.
- Open WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Conditions and add rulesets for your payment methods.
- Choose whether each method should be hidden or shown when its conditions are met, and use debug mode to review its behavior.
Plugin support is available through the WordPress plugin support forum. Priority email support is available for the Pro version.
