Where sharing and follow controls appear

WP Socializer PRO includes inline share icons, floating or sticky share bars, mobile share bars, follow profile icons, and popups for sharing selected text. Place them above or below post content, alongside scrolling content, in sidebars, or in custom locations with settings, widgets, and shortcodes. Rules can show share icons on specific pages.

Responsive show on smaller screens

Display settings control how floating bars, inline share icons, and follow icons behave on mobile devices. You can move a floating share bar to the bottom of the screen and set a custom responsive width.

Custom icons and their appearance

The add-on includes more than 50 social network icons. Layouts, sizes, shapes, hover effects, colors, backgrounds, alignment, custom text, and hover text can be configured. For an additional network or profile URL, make a custom icon using a selected color, a custom image, or a Font Awesome icon. Custom icons work across plugin capabilities and in shortcodes.

Shared details and short links

For individual content, you can personalize the share URL, share title, and Twitter tweet text. WP Socializer PRO can also set a short URL for sharing and use Bitly to create short links for posts and pages. Custom short links are supported, and clicks can be tracked in the Bitly dashboard.

Tracking share and follow clicks

Share and follow icon clicks can be tracked with Google Analytics. The plugin works with Universal Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager for reviewing interaction activity in your analytics setup.

Widgets, counts, and shortcodes

Available widgets include Facebook pages, Twitter feeds, Pinterest content, and follow-me icons. Share, profile, and share-link shortcodes provide another way to place these utilities in custom layouts. The plugin supports Facebook and Pinterest share counts, comment counts, total counts, and recovery of share counts from HTTP or HTTPS.

Installation and configuration

Install WP Socializer PRO on your WordPress site, then configure the sharing, follow, responsive, icon, and tracking settings for your preferred layout. Add functions through the available settings, widgets, or shortcodes, and customize icons or share details where needed.
