Posts and metadata
Cleanup tools remove auto-drafts, trashed posts and revisions. Advanced cleanup can handle these separately by post type, including custom post types. The plugin also supports removing orphaned or duplicate metadata for posts, comments, users and terms.
Filter posts by post type, status, category, tag, author, post date or modified date. Pro adds conditions for meta fields, IDs, duplicate posts, title or content text, post links, and content character or word count. It can also delete pictures along with posts.
Comments, users and taxonomies
Comment filters include status and registration date. Pro adds filters for comment type, author, author email, meta fields and the associated post. Scheduled comment deletion is available in Pro.
Filter users by role or registration date. Pro adds visitor meta, email, show name, nicename and login conditions, and can assign deleted user data to another user. Scheduled user deletion is also available.
For categories and tags, choose a post type, including posts, pages or custom post types, then select the taxonomy and delete terms in bulk.
WooCommerce cleanup
Pro can filter orders by status, order date, total value using minimum, maximum or equal conditions, and payment method. WooCommerce users can be filtered by role, registration date, user meta or email. Additional settings cover users with no orders, inactive users, and users present in WooCommerce but absent from WordPress when they have no orders.
Run a cleanup
Choose the data type, set the available filters or conditions, and apply bulk deletion. Use a custom query for a post cleanup that needs one, or schedule supported post, comment or user deletions for recurring maintenance.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Back up the site before removing records.
