MultiStep Checkout for WooCommerce Premium: Guided Checkout

MultiStep Checkout for WooCommerce Premium divides checkout into stages such as login, billing, shipping, order review, and payment. Store options determine which steps appear, their order, and how they are presented. This format can suit longer forms or checkouts with custom fields.

Choose a layout for the steps

The Premium edition expands the selection from four layouts to 14. Choose a horizontal, vertical, or accordion presentation:

• Horizontal: Horizontal Box, Horizontal Arrow, Closed Arrow, Timeline, Simple Dot Format, Looped Box, Tab Format, and Custom Separator
• Vertical: Vertical Box, Vertical Arrow, Vertical Box with Border, and Vertical Arrow with Border
• Accordion: Classic Accordion and Accordion with Icons

The layout sets how the steps look; separate controls set their sequence and visibility.

Set the checkout sequence and placement

Rearrange steps, then enable or disable them to fit the store's checkout process. Billing and shipping can share one step, while order review and payment can appear separately. Order Review can stay visible on the right while Payment has its own step.

You can place the coupon form above the payment section and add a Back to Cart option for clients who need to return to their cart.

Set what each step contains

Required fields can be validated before a customer advances to the next step. Add custom content such as text or instructions within checkout steps. A progress bar can appear below the layout; its style and visual settings are selectable.

Adjust the step show

Set custom step titles and various background colors for active and inactive steps. The add-on is listed as compatible with Astra, Avada, Divi builders, Storefront, OceanWP, Flatsome, Sydney, and Hestia.

Install and configure

Install the Premium edition on a WordPress website with WooCommerce available. In the checkout settings, select a layout, configure the step order and visibility, set titles and colors, then select how billing, shipping, order review, payment, coupons, and progress are displayed.
