Choose fields and products
Use the drag-and-drop editor to select export columns, then rearrange, rename, or combine them. You can include fields added by themes, plugins, or add-ons. Embedded PHP functions let you make custom columns or modify exported data.
Filters limit an export to selected products. Build a single condition, combine conditions, or nest them for more involved rules. Filters can use product fields added by third-party plugins and relative date conditions such as “last week” or “last month.” Premium can export WooCommerce fields including attributes and variations; select parent products, variations, or both.
Choose a format or destination
The free version works with CSV and simple XML. Premium adds Excel exports in .XLS or .XLSX formats and custom XML feeds, including complex structures for specific feed requirements. A Google Merchant Center product-feed template helps organize product information for the platform’s requirements. Configure its sections, then use the generated feed URL with Merchant Center.
Product data can also be sent to Google Sheets through Zapier for collaborative editing and analysis. Zapier can connect a completed export to other external applications.
Use exports for catalog work
For bulk edits, export products to a spreadsheet, make changes, then import the edited file into WooCommerce with WP All Import. To move products between stores, download the export bundle with its import instructions and load it on the destination website; WP All Import uses the bundle to configure the import.
Recurring exports can execute on a schedule using server cron jobs or the automatic scheduling service available through the extension interface. For Merchant Center synchronization, set the product feed to finish before the fetch interval configured in Merchant Center.
Create an export
In WordPress, go to All Export › New Export and select WooCommerce Products. Choose and arrange columns, add filters if you need to limit the products, select an export type such as CSV, Excel, or a feed format, then run the export and download or use the resulting file.
For email premium support, the listing directs users to WP All Export Pro. Support for the free version through community forums is not guaranteed.
