Choose the quantity rule and where it applies

Min Max Step Quantity Limits Manager for WooCommerce Pro controls quantities for simple products, variable products, and individual variations. A minimum sets the lowest permitted amount, a maximum sets the highest, and allowed quantities define specific choices. Default quantities set the initial amount shown to clients; step quantities set the increments between choices.

Rules can apply to products or the cart. Decimal quantities support products sold by weight, length, volume, or another defined unit, such as spices or fruit.

Apply rules to products, categories, and attributes

Set minimum, maximum, and allowed quantities for individual products. Pro also lets you apply these rules by category or attribute. For a category or attribute, a rule can apply its value to each matching product, or check the group’s combined quantity against the configured minimum, maximum, or allowed amount. Choose the first approach when each matching product needs the same rule; select the combined quantity option when the total across related products must meet the rule.

Pro also supports default and step quantities by category and attribute. Use a default to set the starting quantity clients see, and a step to control how their selection changes.

Present quantity choices in the shop

Replace the standard plus and minus quantity field with a dropdown. Pro can exclude dropdowns by category, use product-specific dropdown labels, and display quantity dropdowns on shop pages. Preset choices can make the available amounts easier to scan when a product has a limited set of purchase quantities.

Make units and quantity pricing clear

Display a product’s total price based on the selected quantity. Pro lets you exclude this display for specific categories, define its units by product, category, or attribute, and display it on shop pages. You can also set a price unit by product or category and display that unit on shop pages.

Custom unit text can appear alongside prices and quantities, helping shoppers understand whether an amount refers to kilograms, pieces, liters, or another sales unit.

Match the rules to how products are sold
