UseStrict's Calendly Embedder Pro for WordPress Booking Workflows
UseStrict's Calendly Embedder Pro helps WordPress websites manage Calendly booking embeds. It runs alongside the free add-on, and existing shortcodes keep working. Pro finds shortcodes in posts and pages and imports them into a library. Save an embed once for reuse, then edit it in the library to update every page that uses it.

Configure and place booking embeds
Use the settings builder to make an embed. A Calendly Personal Access Token lets the builder display your profile and event types in dropdowns. Without a token, enter the Calendly URL. Choose an inline calendar, a pop-up text link, or a floating pop-up badge. You can set background, text, and button colors, minimum width and height, CSS classes, and inline styles. Options also let you conceal the cookie banner, landing page details, or event type details.
Place an embed with a shortcode, the dedicated Calendly Embed block, or the Elementor widget. The block and widget can select a saved embed from a dropdown, while a shortcode works wherever WordPress runs shortcodes.
Prefill forms on cached pages
Prefill booking forms with a logged-in user's name and email, values from the query string, or up to ten custom answers. JavaScript and Ajax apply these values in the browser after the page loads, so page caching and CDNs can still serve the page without sharing one visitor's details with another.
Attribute campaigns and measure bookings
Add standard UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term values globally or to individual embeds. Calendly records the tags against the booking, and analytics utilities can read the standard parameters. Booking analytics show the funnel from profile view to completed booking, along with monthly kept, no-show, and cancelled outcomes. GA4 and Meta Pixel events fire on each completed booking through the tags already on your website.
A read-only MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor query booking data live through your existing Calendly connection. It needs no extra API key.
Connect bookings to other processes
Send each new booking to a webhook URL, such as a Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot workflow. Other settings include multi-event tabs, live availability beside the embed, email reminders, a bookings screen in wp-admin, WooCommerce integration, a redirect after booking, and CSV export of tracking data.
