Start with a template or create from fields
Choose a predefined template for registration, applications, payments, reservations, polls, feedback, requests or events, or start with a blank form. You can create unlimited forms for various pages and processes. The builder includes more than 20 custom fields, including address fields and multi-select boxes, with settings such as checkboxes, radio buttons, image uploads and signature fields. Column fields let you arrange and resize fields in a form.
Forms are responsive on computers, phones and tablets. Add one to a WordPress page with the weForms block, or use a shortcode with other page builders.
Field choices determine how users complete a form
The paid feature list includes advanced fields, a country list field, file uploads, conditional logic and multistep forms. It also lists calculations, quizzes and geolocation tracking. Together, these options support forms with different fields and layouts; the materials do not specify which individual paid edition includes each one.
Submission options shape what happens next
Review entries in the WordPress dashboard. AJAX submission sends a form without refreshing the page. You can set a redirect to a page or custom URL, configure email notifications, and limit the number of entries or schedule a form with start and expiration dates.
Email settings include custom messages, HTML email templates and multiple notifications. The feature list also includes SMS notifications and printable PDF versions of submitted forms. Forms and entries can be exported; form import options include JSON and built-in import tools.
Connect form data to other tools
Listed email marketing integrations include MailChimp, MailPoet, AWeber, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse and ConvertKit. Payment integrations include PayPal and Stripe. CRM integrations include Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot and WP ERP. Google Analytics, Zapier, Google Sheets and Trello are among the productivity options, and Slack can send submission notifications.
The feature list also includes webhooks. Anti-spam options include reCAPTCHA and Human Presence. Integration availability may vary across the paid lineup.
Create, configure and publish
Install and activate weForms in WordPress, then open the builder. Choose a template or add fields, adjust the form while checking the live preview, and configure its submission and notification settings. Add the finished form to a page with the weForms block or a shortcode, then review submitted entries in the dashboard.
