Timologia for WooCommerce PRO
Timologia for WooCommerce PRO includes invoice-request fields to the WooCommerce checkout. When a customer requests an invoice, the store can require their VAT number, tax office, and profession. You can change the invoice dropdown labels, such as using "Invoice" and "Receipt" instead of "Yes" and "No".

The company field can be moved alongside the invoice fields. When moved, it becomes required. Required fields can also be marked with the required CSS class.
VAT validation and AADE details
EU VIES can check a customer's VAT number. If validation is enabled and the check fails, the order will not proceed and the customer will be notified. When the check succeeds, the VIES response is recorded in the administrator's order screen. VAT validation can be disabled.
AADE tools can validate customer VAT details and fill fields automatically. A backend option can retrieve VAT details from AADE and make a customer account.
Customer and order entries
Administrators can view or edit invoice fields in customer profiles and order details. For phone orders, they can pull saved details from a customer's profile and edit them. Invoice fields can also be included in emails sent to clients.
Planned capabilities and requirements
PDF invoices and receipts with custom numbering, along with POL39, are listed as "Coming Soon" and should be treated as planned features.
The listed requirements are WordPress 3.5.1 or newer, Apache 2.1 or newer, and PHP 5.4 or newer. The directory listing warns that the add-on has not been tested with the latest three major WordPress releases and may have compatibility or support issues.
